If you would like us to donate your unaccepted items, simply drop your items off at any time during store hours. We will let you know when your items go onto the sales floor.

Item Selection

Bring in your items pressed and neatly folded in a bag or box. We will carefully select the items that we believe our customers will purchase. reFind staff is trained to select items based on several criteria, guided by our customers’ preferences. The items that reFind accept are at the sole discretion of the staff.

Consignment Period – minimum 30 days

reFind will display your accepted items for a minimum of 30 days. Items may stay on the floor as space permits. After 30 days, if an item has not sold, the item may be removed from the sales floor. Items may also be transferred to other reFind locations or sold by other means. If an item sells at any time or by any means, the consignor will be credited accordingly.

us know at the time of drop-off. Pricing is based on several criteria and is at the sole discretion of reFind. reFind may reduce the price of an item by any amount and at any time during or after the consignment period, or hold a sale.

You get 40%

of the final selling proceeds of each item, which will be added to your credit account balance. Your credit never expires and will grow as your items sell. You may inquire about your credit balance at any time during store hours. You will be credited for the sale of any of your items even if the consignment period has expired.
